The Hawkchurch Parish Council Meeting scheduled for 17th March has been cancelled as a result of the advice from Government this afternoon (16th March 2020) on measures to reduce the risk of spread of coronavirus.
The Parish Council will conduct it’s immediate business via email and a summary of conclusions will be minuted and published as usual.
If any parishioner wishes to raise a matter under the ‘democratic period’, they may do so by either completing the contact form below or calling one of the councillors.
We will not accept submissions that are in any way defamatory or discriminatory.

It is likely that Parish Council Meetings for the foreseeable future will either be cancelled or that we will work via teleconference. If we do work by teleconference and can open these conferences to the public in a manageable way we will do so.
