Good News!!
If you haven’t already noticed we have been able to reduce our milk prices as supplier costs have come down we are able to pass that on to our customers. Hoorah!!
Also, we have been trialing Lyme Bay Butchers produce, both deli and frozen meats. We are hoping that by the time you read this we will have stocked a new range of seasoned sausages ideal for BBQing and other new products. Please give them a try and let us know what you think.
In addition to this we are trialing different bakery suppliers, so again, do pop in, see what there is and let us know your thoughts.
We will be giving the shop a coat of weather proofing over the summer and will let you know dates. If you can spare an hour on the day we will get it done in no-time (weather permitting of course). Materials will be provided and I’m hoping one of our volunteers will cook up a big batch of their delicious scones too (They know who they are 😉)
Can you believe it… we are now in our 10th year of trading!! Our official Birthday is in May 2024, we have plenty of time to consider how to celebrate and would love to hear your thoughts? An afternoon do, an evening do, entertainment, food ideas all welcomed. We will invite the local press and our local parish, district and county councillors along to share in this auspicious occasion… 10 years!!! Where has that time gone?
